Changing Rooms or Roommates

Please speak with your RA about any problems you and your roommate may have difficulty solving.  If a reasonable solution cannot be arranged, a room change may be available through the Office of Residence Life. A $50.00 fine will be levied against students moving out of, into, or within University housing without having written authorization from the Office of Residence Life. Only one room change per academic year will be permitted unless otherwise authorized by the Director of Residence Life.

 

Unless otherwise required by the Student Conduct process, for safety issues, or for other emergencies, the University does not force students to change rooms.
