Care and Cleaning

Cleaning of individual rooms is the responsibility of each occupant.  Students living in suite or apartment style rooms are responsible for cleaning the bathrooms and other common spaces. Scheduled health and safety inspections are conducted throughout the semester. Rooms should be move-in ready upon check-out from campus housing. If rooms require any maintenance, housekeeping, or facilities work to be done beyond general preventative maintenance, the resident will have a charge added to their student account.
