H Hearing Recordings
The University records hearings (but not deliberations) for purposes of review in the event of an appeal. No unauthorized audio or video recording of any kind is permitted during the hearing.
The Decision-maker, the Parties, their Advisors, Appeal Decision-makers, and other appropriate University officials will be permitted to review the recording or review a transcript of the recording upon request to the Senior Director of Student Experience and Title IX Coordinator. No unauthorized disclosure, including sharing, copying, or distribution of the recording or transcript, is permitted.
