XVII Referral for Hearing

Provided that the Formal Complaint is not resolved through Informal Resolution, once the Final Investigation Report is shared with the Parties, the Senior Director of Student Experience and Title IX Coordinator will refer the matter for a hearing.

 

The hearing cannot be held less than ten (10) business days from the conclusion of the investigation – when the Final Investigation Report is transmitted to the Parties and the Decision-maker – unless all Parties and the Decision-maker agree to an expedited timeline.

 

The Senior Director of Student Experience and Title IX Coordinator will select an appropriate Decision-maker from the Resolution Process Pool and provide a copy of the Final Investigation Report and the file of Directly Related Evidence.
