XXIX Appeal of the Final Determination

The Senior Director of Student Experience and Title IX Coordinator will designate an Appeal Decision-maker from the Resolution Process Pool, or other trained internal or external individuals, to hear the appeal. No Appeal Decision-maker will have been previously involved in the Formal Grievance Process for the Formal Complaint. If a panel is used, the Senior Director of Student Experience and Title IX Coordinator will designate a voting chair.
