BUS 343 Building & Leading Effective Teams

This course examines issues related to designing and overseeing effective teams in a variety of organizational contexts. Primary topics covered in this course include team design, team cohesion and trust, team communication and decision making, conflict management, and leading through others. Prerequisite: A grade of 'C' or better in BUS 340
