Examines the complex relationships among individuals, groups, and organizations. Emphasizes a dynamic systems approach to understanding and facilitating work relationships through the study of the interaction of individual needs, abilities, and traits with organizational goals and structure. Prerequisite: A grade of 'C' or better in BUS 340
