ENG 265 Critical Theory
An introduction to critical theory, including structuralist, deconstructionist, Marxist, gender, and post-colonial theories. This course will also cover concepts including period and genre, providing students with the basic vocabulary for the study of literary texts. English minors should complete the course before their junior year.
