BUS 490 Strategic Management & Business Applications
An integrative capstone/assessment course covering the concept of strategy, tasks, and process of business strategy and policy formation and implementation. Particular emphasis is placed on aligning the functional and behavioral processes of the organization to accomplish the corporate mission and objective. Case methodology is applied.
