Student Conduct Records
Student Conduct Record
Remediation and amnesty do not create a conduct record unless a subsequent violation occurs. In all other instances, the University maintains a file in the Student Life Office for each student found responsible for a Student Code of Conduct violation. Access to the file is determined by Coker University's student information release policy. Files for students are maintained for seven (7) years from the date of the student’s graduation. However, if the student does not graduate, the student’s file will be maintained indefinitely. In instances of suspension, or expulsion from the University, the student's file will be maintained indefinitely.
For violations of the Academic Integrity policy, contact the Associate Academic Dean for a student’s educational record.
