BIO 230 Microbiology for Health Professionals
Introduces the core concepts and basic principles in microbiology, examining microorganisms and how they interact with humans and the environment. Topics such as endotoxins and exotoxins, bacterial cell wall, antigen and antibodies reactions in laboratory, and different classes of penicillins. This class is not intended for biology majors.
