NUR 736 Leadership & Innovation
This course provides an analysis of the leadership theories, strategies, and skills that promote optimal outcomes. Emphasis is placed on understanding personal strengths and furthering abilities to lead others and manage change. This course includes 75 Practicum hours designed to increase expertise in nursing leadership by linking your individual leadership skill set with an understanding of its impact on outcomes and work environment. These hours are designed with input from your faculty mentor and recorded in a time log that is submitted as part of this course.
