This course introduces the student to the field of interdisciplinary studies, its terminology and theories, and its relevance to career development and continued college studies. Studying the ways disciplines interact and connect with each other, students gain a clearer understanding of different disciplines and their field-specific approaches to research, knowledge, and practice. Students explore how different fields compete with or complement each other in their ways of addressing problems.
