BUS 220 Business Law and Ethics

An introduction to legal systems and the business-related provisions of the U.S. Constitution; the common law of torts and business organizations; the role of ethics in business; administrative law, ethics, and procedures; regulatory programs involving ethics violations, labor, antitrust, and securities; the impact of foreign and domestic laws on international business; and the application of legal and ethical reasoning to business analysis.
