AI Literacy Certificate
The AI Literacy certificate emphasizes practical applications of AI, rather than mathematics, theory, and coding. AI Literacy equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage AI tools and solutions in real-world contexts, preparing students for a multitude of roles. Each course is designed to offer hands-on, project-based learning opportunities, enabling students to develop applications that demonstrate their understanding and capabilities of AI. This approach ensures that graduates are not only theoretically knowledgeable but are also adept at applying AI solutions in a variety of settings.

Course Requirements
Total Credit Hours: 12
Courses may be offered in 8-week or 14-week formats to provide flexible scheduling options. The certificate can be embedded within multiple majors.
This certificate is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. All courses within the program are delivered by faculty employed by partner institutions in the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education.
Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Coker University. Students register through Coker University and receive academic credit from Coker University.
