NUR 315 Nursing Care of Childrearing Families
This course provides an integrative, family-centered approach to care of children. Emphasis is placed on normal growth and development, family dynamics, common pediatric disorders, and the promotion of healthy behaviors in clients. Clinical experiences provide an opportunity to apply theoretical concepts and implement safe nursing care to children in selected settings. Students retaking
NUR 315 must also enroll in
NUR 315C.
